We're expanding our automotive marketing team. We’re looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join us as an Account Coordinator, supporting a portfolio of automotive aftermarket clients.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career or shifting into marketing agency work who is eager to learn the business, contribute across a wide range of marketing tactics, and grow alongside experienced account, creative and digital teams. Role Overview
The Account Coordinator supports account teams across multiple automotive aftermarket clients, helping to manage projects, programs and day-to-day activities. Rather than being dedicated to a single client or function, this role provides broad exposure across JRT’s automotive performance and aftermarket work.
You’ll assist with campaign development, website and digital initiatives, multimedia projects, program development and administration, and more. This position offers a strong foundation for building a long-term career in automotive marketing and agency life.
Job Responsibilities
- Support account teams in the planning, development and execution of marketing programs and projects
- Assist with campaign development across brand, digital, content and experiential initiatives
- Help coordinate website and digital updates, working closely with internal creative and development teams
- Support multimedia and content projects, including timelines, reviews and approvals
- Assist with program development, administration and documentation
- Manage project details, schedules and deliverables to help ensure work stays on track
- Gather information, conduct research and support reporting as needed
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, multimedia and account teams to support integrated client work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience, or equivalent experience through internships, co-ops or entry-level roles
- Interest in marketing, advertising or agency work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
- Automotive experience is a plus, including exposure to parts, service, dealerships or aftermarket brands
